Beginning/Intermediate Instrumental Jazz “Jazz Cats”
The intermediate jazz class offers the young student and an opportunity to explore the world of jazz. Students perform a variety of jazz literature including swing, straight ahead, bebop, cool and fusion. The class focus is to engage the student in group ensemble performance as well as jazz improvisation. Basic jazz theory is covered to enable the student to be successful in all styles of jazz. Class runs 1 hour per week. |
Adult Jazz ”Jump Start Jazz”
 A class specifically designed for the intermediate thru advanced adult musician. Jump Start Jazz is a fun big band setting. It's comprised of adults who are looking for a fun, motivating place to play. Whether you have been playing for years or its been years since you have played this group will welcome all who care to join. Class runs 1 hour per week. |
Summer Rock Band Camp
 A summer camp specifically designed for the beginning/intermediate rock musician ages 10 - 15. Your child will put a band together, learn the tunes, jam with others and perform for an audience. This one week long camp meets 4 hours per day. Session ends with an in-studio concert...in addition all students will receive a CD of their performance recorded LIVE! |
Summer Jazz Camp
 Aspiring jazz musicians ages 10-15 are encouraged to join this one week summer jazz camp. Students learn to play jazz charts, learn to improvise, jam with others and perform for an audience. Music Exploration Class - Preschool Music
 From the age of 3, children are exposed to the basics of music in a fun supportive group environment. This program builds a solid foundation for later success in private lessons and instrumental classes. 45 min. per week |
Guitar Classes
 For students from the age 8, we offer a beginning guitar class to introduce the basics of music and performance. This class is a great introduction to the guitar and prepares the young student for private guitar instruction.
Adult guitar class is a student paced class offering beginning guitar techniques to the older beginner. |
